RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At BravoWalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund.
Return Conditions:

Follow the steps to submit your return request and obtain a return authorization.

Once approved, package the item securely and ship it back using the return label provided.

Once we receive your return we will process your refund to your original payment minus the cost of the return label.
Please note: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return label. The label cost will be displayed at checkout within the returns portal.

Warranty Policy for BravoWalk
At BravoWalk we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our dog collars come with a 1 year limited warranty policy to give you peace of mind with your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If your dog collar exhibits a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost to you.
What Is Covered

Defects in workmanship, such as poor assembly that affects functionality.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, or minor scuffs.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Damage due to improper care or use contrary to the provided instructions.

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at hello@bravowalk.com with your order number, a description of the issue, a proof of purchase, and photos of the product showing the defect.

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed. If approved, we will arrange for the replacement of your collar.

If a replacement is issued, it will be the same model as the original item.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all warranty claims. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Limitations and Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty. BravoWalk is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is void if the product is altered or repaired by anyone other than BravoWalk or an authorized service representative.
